Operations

The Operations office is responsible for assisting the Chief Operating Officer with creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives within the church, ensuring that execution flows from strategic decisions, and keeping the church focused through both the formulation and the execution of its strategy. Its main focus is to drive implementation and ensure an effective translation of strategy across the church functions and ministries.
