Communicating with God Through Prayer

March is already marching on! Where are you?

Have you entered new spiritual territory with God? This is the single and most important territory that we must enter if we are to succeed in any other territories this year. It is important to always remember God is concerned about everything we want to achieve this year; that is why communicating with Him is so critical.

We are reminded of the importance of prayer in Luke 18:1 (KJV), "He spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint." This scripture reveals that prayer is powerful and must be a priority. It is crucial that if we are to move into new territory this year, we must become more desperate for prayer and "Pray without ceasing" (1Thessalonians 5:17 KJV).

Developing a strong prayer life and regular study of The Word helps us to stay closer to God. We all need to be more desperate for prayer time. Time spent with God will transform us and take us from where we are now to where God wants us to be.
