Successful Surgical Removal of A Brain Tumor

Praise be to God. My testimony is two fold.

I want to thank God first for my life. I suffered three times from what was similar to heart attacks on March 20th, 31st and Apr 20th, 2012. Twice I had to be rushed from work to St Nicholas hospital, Lagos and once from home. I remember clearly that on the onset of second incident I felt I was going to die and had already grabbed my daughter and started blessing her, in case I passed away. I was too weak to pray but thank God for my wife and 2 friends, whose prayers sustained me on the way to the hospital until I sensed the spirit of death lift off me. My heart rate had jumped to over 220 beats per min and my BP rose to about 150/90 (confirmed at the hosp).

The third incident was even characterized by severe tremors in my arms which baffled the same doctors as they could not exactly diagnose the issue. A provisional diagnosis was put as a severe case of SVT (Supraventricular Trachychardia). I also visited the first Cardiologist to get an exact diagnosis but with no associated symptoms I was told I was hypertensive. I was placed on beta blockers to reduce the risk of further heart attacks . A prescription which
I was to have been on for the rest of my life, taking 1 tablet twice daily. However, using the drugs meant I couldn't perform strenuous tasks and my thinking and ability to focus was significantly affected. (being side effects of the drugs). All through this, my wife and I, supported by my family continued to trust God for total recovery and a stop to these attacks. I was eventually transferred to the UK for a short term stay in July and referred to London bridge hospital where after doing the stress tests, blood tests and a CT Angiogram, I was given a clean bill of health in November 2012. I want to bless God for his mercies and faithfulness. I have been off the medications since then and no symptoms resurfaced or ever will be. Praise God !

My second testimony is as follows;

It all started on the evening of Sunday the 19th of August, 2012 when I received news from my mum that my dad had suddenly started hallucinating
and later degenerating into unconsciousness. He was admitted at a local hospital in Egbeda for about 24hrs before being rushed to St. Nicholas where he gradually regained consciousness. We were somewhat glad when we were told that the sickness was due to Diabetes (which was only just discovered ). However, after doing a CT scan, it was revealed that he also had a large mass of tumor in the frontal lobe of the left side of his brain which had to be excised otherwise could prove to be fatal. This news devastated us, as being 67 years old, hypertensive and now diabetic, it was a high risk to undergo such a surgery and this was confirmed by the surgeon.

I want to give God the glory that the surgery was successfully done on September 17th, 2012 at UCH, Ibadan. The doctors even testified that God was with my father as the surgery was so smooth, with no bleeding or other ill effects. My dad has fully recuperated and back home. bless God.

I also want to thanks to God that he is now a born again Christian and God has used this incident to draw other members of my family back to Himself. I give God all the glory for his great mercies towards me and my family. Praise God! Brethren, God is faithful, no matter the situation.
