Testimony of Healing

December 2011, On the 25th whilst getting ready for church, I thought I heard a sound in my neck when I was putting on my dress and suddenly I experienced the most excruciating pain. I could not move and had to miss church.

For the next 3 days I could barely move without help. After the pain eased I didn't bother to have it checked out, but throughout the course of 2012 every now and then I will felt pain, and I attributed it to one thing or the other, eg I didn't sleep well.

On the 21st of May this year, on a flight from a holiday I felt the pain again and on arrival at Gatwick I was taken by paramedics off the plane and taken to A&E. When I got discharged, I had to go and see my GP afterwards. He said he suspected it may be osteo-arthritis and would suggest the pain killers prescribed for me is in my bag at all times so if it happens again, I can get relief from that.

He advised that I have an MRI this time around, which I did on the 11th of June. I got the results on the 14th of June. Between my visit to the Doctor 23rd of May and the 14th June, several scenarios run through my mind, am too young to have arthritis of any kind, am too short, I am still going to have children, can't afford to be having back problems. To cut a long story short, I decided its not going to be my portion, so I turned to God and asked that he be merciful and heal me.

When the results came out yesterday, I was given a bill of clean health, and no explanation as to what happened or why it happened on more than one occasion. Given I had prayed and been prayed for and I believed in God for healing, I will like to thank God for his mercy and his healing. All glory goes to him.
