The upper room experience... 72 hours of worship

The Upper Room. The cenacle. A place where you sit at His feet, eat with Him and learn from Him.

The Upper Room – a place where you meet your God.
On Wednesday, 29th September 2018, Pastor Agu felt the leading of the Holy Spirit to pray for the church, the nation and seek guidance from the holy Spirit re the church and the nation. He asked for a few people (at first) to join him on the prayer journey which has now become the Upper room experience and so we began. Every week day (Monday – Friday) from 10am to 1pm in the Chapel, a group of people met to meet with God. The format consisted of a time of worship followed by a time of intense prayers, waiting on God to birth the future of Jesus House, the body of Christ and individuals. It was a place where the Lord was revealing His plans/blue prints for the next phase for the organisation and for individual lives.

Worship led into prayers; specific prayers first for ourselves, then for the church (Jesus House), then the wider Church and finally the nation.
We believe this was a catalyst for a sovereign move of God (a divine agenda of God irrespective of human title/frailty) and for a revival in the United Kingdom. Pastor Agu encouraged us to read through the book of Acts because we are asking the Holy Spirit to move like he did in the days of the disciples (Acts 1:8).

Following on from the initial month of prayers, the upper room experience now takes place every Tuesday from 7p to 9pm and every Thursday from 10am to 12 noon.

We will have 72 hours of continuous worship from 11pm on Tuesday the 27th of November to 11pm on Friday the 30th of November 2018.
