Why should I get baptized, if I don’t need it to be saved?

Baptism is an outward display of our inner belief and conviction.

Through Water baptism we are able to identify with Christ’s death, burial and resurrection.

Must I be saved to get baptized?

This is an emphatic YES and is similar to the question the Eunuch asked Philip who told him about our savior’s birth, death, resurrection and ascension to heaven, His full redemptive work for man,

what is Baptism?

In the New Testament, water baptism is the complete immersion of the whole body in water as a follow on to the call of Salvation.
